Tulloch Homes Express was set up in 2002 to actively promote the development of affordable housing in Scotland. The company works with Housing Associations, Communities Scotland, the Local Authority or independently, and is a fully owned subsidiary of the Tulloch Group.

Through the GRO Grant scheme administered by Communities Scotland we offer houses for sale at discounted prices to various client groups including first time buyers and those on Local Authority and Housing Association waiting lists.
